2. Services Offered

PaperDesk provides a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) and AI-powered assessment tools for coaching institutes. Our services include: • Student, teacher, and batch management • Fee tracking and attendance management • AI-powered mock test generation • AI-powered question paper generation • Challenge mode and performance analytics • Timetable and curriculum management We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Demo Usage

PaperDesk offers a demo version of the platform for evaluation purposes. Demo usage is subject to the following: • Demo access is provided free of charge for a limited period or limited functionality • Demo data may be periodically cleared without notice • No service-level agreement (SLA) applies during demo usage • Demo accounts do not include production support • We reserve the right to revoke demo access at any time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code • Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express permission

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of PaperDesk, you are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and up to date • Reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it in educational settings • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations • Obtaining necessary consents from students and parents for data collection and processing Educational institutions using PaperDesk are responsible for configuring the platform in accordance with their own privacy and data protection policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The PaperDesk platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is the intellectual property of PaperDesk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission • Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service Content generated using our AI tools (question papers, tests, etc.) may be used freely for educational purposes within your institution.

7. AI Disclaimer

PaperDesk uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. Please note: • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions • Educators should review and verify all AI-generated content before use • AI-generated content should not be used as the sole source of educational material • PaperDesk is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content • The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate outputs — report any such instances to our team See our full Disclaimer page for more information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PaperDesk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Service interruption or downtime • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease • We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Data Deletion policy • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law)

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
